These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and krwin ("krwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the krwin website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through krwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the krwin Platform.

krwin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the krwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of krwin or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the krwin Platform or any other gaming platform operated by krwin or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by krwin or any applicable regulatory authority.

krwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by krwin may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money gaming services on krwin, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) krwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. krwin employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, krwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and permanently ban the user from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krwin username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. krwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify krwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

krwin is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. krwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

4.1 Deposits

krwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your krwin account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. krwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. krwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements. krwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the krwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). krwin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

krwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all krwin bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. krwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• krwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the krwin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All game outcomes on krwin are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer.
• krwin's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute. If a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay, krwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• krwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after the betting window has closed, or placed in circumstances that krwin reasonably believes constitute abuse of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Creating or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to krwin immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward krwin staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

All content on the krwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of krwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the krwin Platform without the prior written consent of krwin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gameplay on the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform by third parties.

krwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your krwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

krwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to krwin.

krwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and krwin, you agree to first contact krwin's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
